The Job
Working as a Scrum Master at Rebtel means you get to work with awesome people and technology. You´ll be part of maintaining existing services and developing new exciting products for the international community.
You´ll support the team to be successful through Scrum and agile methodologies and coach and support both developers and Product Owners towards continuous improvement. You´ll remove obstacles and help the teams with their everyday work.
Main duties:
Helping the developers and PO to better continuous improvement through Scrum
Helping the developers and PO to remove the obstacles that prevent them from proceeding
Coach both developers and PO in utilizing Scrum tools such as managing the Product Backlog, User Stories, using the Release Burndown Chart
Working on creating team spirit and being an example for others
Promoting Continuous Integration, Unit Test Automation, Functional Test Automation, Regression Test Automation and other "best practices"
Your Profile
Proven record of Scrum implementations
Strong communication skills and ability to drive constructive discussions
Passionate about Scrum, Agile methodologies and understanding its core values/benefits
Curious about what drives teams and its members
Prestigeless with integrity and a positive attitude
Thrives in a fast moving, fast changing environment
Passion for problem-solving
Software development background
Curious, interested in mobile application development and new technology
