Security Operations Team Lead

Klarna is growing rapidly and with it our IT-Operations needs. IT-Operations consist of 6 teams, of which Security Operations, SecOps, is one. SecOps provides security expertise, situational awareness and incident response for Klarna. The team works closely with IT Operations, and is staffed with experienced security specialists (currently 6 persons), covering relevant areas of deep knowledge, and making sure to stay up-to-date with developments in the field. Challenges met every day include those that any Internet based financial company might have - we're sure you can imagine those well enough. If you feel up to a challenge yourself, we are now looking for a new Team Lead for SecOps.

As a team leader your responsibility is to coordinate the daily work within SecOps that consists of:
- Physical, IT and information security expertise and consultancy.
- Security incident response 24/7 (detection, assessment, action, follow up).
- Visualization and monitoring.
- Influencing and education of internal stakeholders.
- Enforcing security guidelines/rules and helping out with practical implementations.
- Dispatching of incidents and cases to other teams.

We appreciate that you have good knowledge and experience in:
- Linux.
- Programming(erlang, bash, Java).
- SQL and database-theory.
- Agile ways of working (kanban).
- English (fluently) and preferably Swedish as well.

We are also looking for:
- That you come from a similar work environment.
- Documented experienced in Information Security.
- Leadership experience.
- A good network within the security area.

To be successful in this role you need to be driven by changes and like to come to work. You like to create enthusiasm in others and to be a doer. We also see that you have a background in the technical field because you will need to support the team in some technical decisions.
