Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join one of our development teams in our new office in the heart of Stockholm.

In this role, you will be the middle-man working between and with BI and an Experienced Java team. Together we will be using cutting-edge technology to build a new highly scalable technical platform that will allow us to become a global market leader.

To thrive in this position, we expect you to have an architectural mind, be comfortable in a knowledge sharing environment, be a communicator and have a driven attitude towards learning new technologies.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience building (big) data solutions
- Extremely passionate about data and analytics
- Strong programming and architectural background, ideally in Java / Python and SQL
- Experience building scalable and high-performant code
- The ability to take ownership, end-to-end and finding creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills; a team player and keen learner who loves building great things together
- Good knowledge in spoken and written English
- You are living in Sweden

- Worked with BigQuery, Dataflow, Apache Beam or Cloud Data Fusion

Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Experience creating custom Data-migrations.

Experience building scalable REST APIs using Python or similar technologies
