Senior Director - Foundation Services Operations

About the role
We are looking after a Senior Director for Foundation Services Operations. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and business critical solutions for H&M Group.
As a Leader for foundation services operations unit, you will
· Support leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities, driving internal priorities, leading teams as required and facilitating the delivery of key activities
· Lead & manage operations teams and monitor the state of the domain by reaching out to various stakeholders and leadership (e.g. SLA/KPIs, finance)
· Lead daily business related to financial operations (FinOps)
· Provide central point of contact in operation for projects and delivery initiatives, identify teams to be involved and coordinate projects
· Conduct vendor performance review and suggest improvements
· Support negotiations of new licenses, contracts and agreements

Technical & Management Competency
· 10 years of relevant experience managing large teams and changes, preferably within a Tech focused environment
· 5+ years of experience managing Technology changes in a global environment
· 3+ years of experience in at least the following areas:
· Finance incl. financial planning and managing significant technology (project) portfolios
· Asset & license management incl. business and partnership development working on strategic partnerships within the tech field
· Experience with framing a business issue, design the right solution, and delivering results
· Experience with operating effectively in a large global organization with the ability to prioritize and make decisions, with the business goals and employees in focus
· Experience handling complex projects and navigating and driving the business with data driven approach
