Senior expert competence development

Areas of responsibility:
As senior expert you will contribute to the development and implementation of educational and training programs in a board spectrum of themes such as:
- Programs promoting rule of law and human rights. Capacity building for monitoring compliance with Human Rights.
- Program to support reform of public administration.
- Programs promoting economic reform, particularly in the energy sector, trade and investments.
- Programs in the field of adult and vocational training as well as entrepreneurship and business development.
- Project evaluation and implementation monitoring.
Qualifications:
Academic exams in the fields of economics, law, political science and extensive work life experience from public and private sector. Cultural competence from the Middle East and the Arab world. Good knowledge in Arabic in both speech and writing is a required.
The positions are located in Uppsala, although it will require extensive international travels.
