Acreo and its daughter companies employs about 140 people in Kista (headquarters), Norrköping and Hudiksvall. Annual turnover is around 200 million SEK.


Arbetsuppgifter:

Acreo is looking for a senior expert for a four months project period 2010. Documented experience within the following fields is needed:
Evolution strategies for future access- and home networks: How to get from current implementation of networks to future ones, and to do so economically and with minimal disruptions.
Work regarding security weaknesses in current PONs.
Integration with wireless networks: Work extending beyond ROF solutions.
Integration of access networks with higher-level networks such as MANs.

Work location is Kista (Stockholm).


Utbildning/Erfarenhet:

We envisage you having a Professor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant research area.
The position is available from June 2010.
