Do you have experience from working as a financial controller? Are you currently searching for a new challenge within a large and established company? Our client is searching for a financial controller to their office in Solna.

As Financial Controller your main objective will be to provide financial reporting services and data expertise for complex portfolios within the business area, execute consolidated reporting and support forecasting and planning processes. You will be responsible for creating a well-functioning collaboration between the financial control and other departments. You will work closely with the BPO provider, managing and improving the interface for defined standard products.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver and present BA/BU/subBU reporting including descriptive analysis and draw management attention to relevant decision topics. Operate and maintain business area specific reports/KPI's. Execute services with high quality and timeliness of the delivery following common processes, policies and guidelines.
- Initiate and lead development projects within FBS or group-wide / interdisciplinary projects.
- Responsible for monitoring data quality, reporting to BA/BU and signalling issues to the Data operations team. Support root cause analysis, action planning and implementation of solutions.
- Further develop and implement Financial model: advice on improvements / changes in financial model. Request changes towards P&S or BPO provider.
- Coordinate and execute on charge out and transfer pricing following Group Tax instructions .
- Deliver legal/statutory reporting on consolidated level in the served country.
- Support in forecast & planning processes in accordance to agreed interfaces.

This is a consultant assignment. Maxkompetens will be your employer and you will work as a consultant. The assignment will be full time.

Din profil
Required skills and knowledge:
- Relevant University degree (e.g. Business / Controlling) or comparable other training.
- Good understanding of internal and external developments and trends in financial controlling.
- Extensive and relevant experience from working with financial controlling in an international environment.
- Experience in leading projects and change management.
- Open attitude / interest into Business Intelligence tools and Self Service Reporting.
- Very good skills in the relevant financial systems (e.g. SAP ERP, Cognos Controller, QlikView) as well as Office 365.
- Experience/knowledge of complex system landscapes and different data sources and the ability to create intelligent queries in different tools as well as working with multidimensional structures in different data sources
- Fluent in business English

- Ability to work in large and complex organizations and to handle internal and external interfaces effectively
- Strong advisory and excellent verbal/written communication skills
