Senior Hardware Engineer

We are currently looking to fill positions as ?Senior Hardware Engineer?. The position is responsible for the digital hardware research and design for the wireless base station. Mainly take charge of hardware design in CPU subsystem, transmission, clock, baseband processing and also in radio module. Participate in wireless base station requirements analysis, architecture and solution definition and hardware schematic. Have the chance to preside over the hardware technology project to optimize products. Meanwhile, you need to give optimization recommendations for the hardware solution, components selection, the design flow, method, tools, and so on. Qualifications and experience 10+ years experiences in hardware design for the wireless base station or other telecom area in international telecom equipment company. Have the experiences of taking charge of digital hardware design for wireless base station. Have a high focus on delivering high quality work. Have an interest for development and share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar competence. Experience from international and multicultural work is preferred Skills requirement Good social and networking skills, as well as the ability to work independently. We also expect fluency in the English language.
