SENIOR HR OFFICER

Senior HR Officer Our client is currently in a dynamic phase with many interesting challenges in the nearest future.We are searching for an experienced HR Officer completing the HR team with Manufacturing Sweden as a main operation area.This is a fulltime temporary position starting in November.The Manufacturing team works south of Stockholm. Working and responsibility area You will work within a broad HR-field with focus on: - Negotiations - Organisation development - Union relations- formal and informal - Personnel planning and recruitment - Support and coaching of managers and team leaders - Practical operations on HR-processes to give support to production and business areas Your profile As an applier you are expected to: -have at least five years of qualified experience from HR -have a pragmatic approach to HR related issues and strive for delivering the best solutions for the business -have good ability to communicate- orally as well as written -be interested in development and are challenged by constantly looking at improved solutions -have a good portion of integrity -have a degree in HR science.-are fluent in English You have practical experience from Manufacturing industry and differing personnel categories within an international environment.
