Senior IT Analyst Coordinator in Global Accounting Interface (GAI) team.

Accounting & Group Reporting IT solutions within IT Group Functions is looking for a Senior IT Analyst Coordinator within the Global Accounting Interface (GAI) team.
The A&GR IT Solutions is responsible for development and improvements in the Group Reporting area.
The GAI- team is responsible for development and maintenance of GAI applications in the General Ledger Flow. The GAI concept has been implemented for all four Nordic banks and is the central engine of data sourcing of financial data to both the General Ledger and to the Common Data Warehouse (CDW).
It is within the responsibility to understand and translate Business needs into IT/development requirements and to deliver sustainable, conceptual and cost efficient solutions.

We are now looking for a Senior IT Analyst Coordinator to be part of our team and being responsible to drive new initiatives mainly for sourcing of data from sub ledger systems to the GAI interface for General Ledger and financial data to the Common Data Warehouse (CDW).

You are self-driven and your abilities to drive, facilitate and coordinate are high.
The role will work in close cooperation with our internal partner in Group Finance & Reporting, our outsourcing vendor Capgemini in Mumbai and other IT departments in Nordea. Key competence for this role is:
? You are self-driven, have analytical profile and are a flexible team player.
? Experience in requirement specifications.
? Experience from earlier GAI projects.
? Deep knowledge about Accounting.
? Knowledge about banking products.
? Experience as project manager or driver of change initiatives.
? Experience of holding workshops
? Excellent documentation skills
? Interest of working in a multi-location environment
? A bachelor´s degree, preferable, economics or/and computer science.
? Excellent level in speaking, reading and writing English.
Furthermore is it essential to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, together with skills to actively take part in discussions with business to become an expert in GAI sourcing.
The position will be in Stockholm or Sundsvall, Sweden.
A certain level of travel can be expected as role and responsibilities are Nordic,
