As the IT Security Manager, you have a crucial role in protecting our network infrastructure and systems. You develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies while managing network security technologies. Your expertise in IT architecture helps you design secure and scalable network architectures aligned with our goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you integrate security requirements into the overall IT infrastructure. You provide guidance on best practices, compliance, and risk management, and analyze network traffic for timely incident response. Staying updated on industry trends, you recommend improvements and mentor junior professionals to promote a culture of security awareness.

It’s all about you

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security) and IT architecture certifications preferred. Senior-level experience in IT security with expertise in network security, architecture, and design. Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and network segmentation. In-depth knowledge of PKI concepts, encryption, and digital signatures. Experience in firewall implementation, rule management, traffic monitoring, and intrusion prevention. Familiarity with industry regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS). IT architecture experience integrating security requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven project and team management capabilities.

Geely Business Center is situated in Gothenburg at Pumpgatan 1 at Lindholmen, in the vibrant Uni3 by Geely campus. This location serves as a hub for various Geely companies, including CEVT, Geely Design, and Lynk & Co as well as other external tenants. The main building houses Geely's Swedish holding company and group functions. The campus comprises of six architecturally distinct buildings inspired by the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, combined with the rich heritage of Swedish glass. Within this campus, you'll find a range of facilities, including offices, an auditorium, a design studio, cafes and restaurants, an open courtyard, and even a hotel.
