Tasks and responsibilities:

As Senior IT Project Manager, you get to manage some of Foxway’s largest end-to-end IT projects within Finance & Operations, Sales & Marketing and HR, with purpose to advance in customer experience, integrate customers or improve internal efficiency.

You will lead and work with cross-competence teams, ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded, in a rapidly changing environment. Together with the rest of the IT Project Management Team you continuously improve the project methodology and support a good working relationship with the stakeholders. Apart from organizing and constantly following the projects, you make independent decisions and make sure everyone in the project team has what they need to be successful in the projects. Your responsibility will be to ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and with a good team spirit. You will furthermore proactively manage and address risks and issues that may impact the project.

This is a crucial position, and you will be one of the first people to join the expandinging PM function at Foxway and you will have the opportunity to impact how the group and function will form over time.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager within digital projects
• Great understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in English, Swedish is seen as a strong advantage
• Experience of working with large customers within public and/or enterprise-sector
The following requirements are seen as an advantage:
• Relevant educational background within Project management or IT/technology
• Experience from International projects
