We have a fantastic opportunity within Unit4 for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our Swedish team, based out of Solna. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for support on IT and Business Application related questions. You will manage, optimize and keep applications and systems operational, including the associated procedures.

What you will do
Process and solve incidents and service requests in a timely and qualitative way
Preparing and running changes and configuration management on IT systems
Performing daily management activities defined in daily permanent activities
Working with infrastructure Shared Service Center
Supporting users and back end departments by describing work instructions and
Ensuring the correct standard processes, in alignment with the business and other stakeholders
Be part of local and global IT projects and be the project manager for a Global project regarding an EUC topic, managing the EUC systems and with continuous improvements.
The function is carried out in day shift but could incidentally be extended to evenings.

Your profile
ICT related Bachelor level of knowledge
Around 3 years’ experience in a similar function
Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes and IT infrastructure;
Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written) and Swedish basic level.
