Senior Management Consultant to a global company

We´re looking for a Senior Management Consultant to assist in the Problem Management/Incident Management. Does this sound interesting? Then apply immediately! Please note that your CV and cover letter must be in english.

You will be following up on process compliance and on problem correction and act as an escalation point for incidents. Secure Incident/Problem Management for Country Range, Custom Worktop, iCompete, IHP, ISPPTAG Plus, Storepoint

You will be working in Helsingborg and you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work for our customer. The working hours are monday-friday office hours and its a fulltime position. We are holding ongoing interviews.

Start: 24-Oct-2016 with some flexibility
End: 30-Apr-2017 with possibility to extend

Din profil
You have experience in working and handling support for IT Solutions in a global company. Also you have experience from working with Incident and Problem management specifically. Experience from work in an outsourced environment.

As a person you are very analytical and service minded and have been working for a global company. You have experience in working in ITIL and has been doing so for some years.
