Work Description
Terex Cranes are looking for a Senior Manager Sales & Customer Support Nordic Countries. The geographical scope for this role is the Nordic Countries and you will be actively in charge for sales in the southern parts of Sweden and Denmark.

Key Tasks:

• Define the sub Region Sales and CS strategies in cooperation with the EMEAR CS management

• In charge of selling the Company’s defined range of cranes for the sub region

• Maintaining good customer relations and establishing new ones

• Assessing and surveying the market, establishing market reports and introducing new products

• Generally liaising between our customers and Terex in the first instance and, where necessary with the relevant departments of Terex worldwide

• Providing enquiries, initiating when requested and following up quotations, and securing orders for new, used and traded in equipment

• Providing relevant market information

• Reporting on a regular basis as deemed necessary by the Regional Sales Director

• Regularly visiting depots of larger crane operators as part of the standard sales activity

• Support selling of used cranes especially if they are part of a trade-in deal

• Contributing to organizing customer sales events/exhibitions/fairs and marketing activities

• Effectively chasing payment of crane, spare parts and service invoices for your particular customers.

• Managing the sub regional Sales and CS Teams in cooperation and under the instructions and guidelines given by the Finance and HR EMEAR management

• Implement and enforce full compliance of Terex World-wide Safety Standards in all aspects of the Sales & Customer Support locations and activities within the Nordic Region.

• Responsible to ensure full compliance with the "Terex Policy Statement on Contracting with the United States government and Foreign entities" and the "Terex Code of Ethics", which include, ensuring subordinate staff are aware of the policies and that their responsibilities and actions comply with and support these policies.

Who are you?
Education
A bachelor degree in a relevant subject. An understanding of broader business needs which could be demonstrated by an advanced degree such as an MBA or previous work experience. Advance degree preferred.

Language Requirements
English is essential and a second language would be an advantage.

Travel
Extensive travel is expected for the role.

Experience:
1.Senior management experience in Sales environment, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering or quality management environment.
2.A track record of success in Sales, covering dealer development service and revenue management.
