Senior Manager

IMS Factor AB is a Swedish financial institution registered with the Swedish Financial Inspection. We act as a commercial agent/ broker and offer new, innovative/ cheaper financial services for companies all over the world. Our portfolio of services currently contains structured products, insurance, factoring, and currency exchange. We are based in Örebro and Malmö
We are currently looking for a new senior manager that will manage the Örebro office.
As a senior manager at IMS Factor you will be responsible of recruiting and train accounts managers. You will be responsible of increasing the sales at the Örebro office. You will report directly to the CEO
We believe you need the following skills to be successful for this position:
? Very Good/ excellent language skills in English.
? You had managed sales/accounts managers.
? Good or excellent sales team track record.
? Discipline and a willingness to do business and make money.
Previous experiences in the following are beneficial, but not required:
? Knowledge of export/import chains.
? Experience with telesales
? International business.
? Knowledge about the finance industry and products.
This position is a fulltime position.
