For the Siemens Financial Department, Nordic Region we are seeking to find a Senior Performance Controller. The role will be placed in Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

We are looking for a business- and service driven Controller that would like to drive the finance work within the region. You will be a part of a controller group and report directly to the company CFO.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Senior Performance Controller, you will be in charge of the coordinating and performance of:

Monthly Reporting, Finance and Controlling, Planning/BTA tasks
Supporting documents and presentations for Business reviews ? local and global

Incentive target setting and measurement
Establishment of a standard reporting package for CEO and CFO ? based on existing tools like Smart Cluster and Esprit
Coordination and performance of various ad hoc analytics
Support of regional performance improvement projects ? top and bottom line

This position would streamline the information flow within the Nordic Region and towards the NEW bundled functions and global headquarters

What do I need to qualify for this job?

High level of experience in data collection and reporting, performance controlling processes and financial communication

Extensive experience in Siemens reporting tools
Extensive experience and know how about Siemens used financial KPI?s

High service mentality towards local leadership, global units and our local teams

Sound business acumen and self-reliance to perform a partner role to management

Ability to high performance with cyclical and short-term requests
Proven 100% quality mindset

Your personality is driven, committed and targeted and you like to work in a high tempo in a business with many different work areas.

Highly developed communications skills including professional written and verbal communications skills in English and Swedish. Knowledge in German is considered a merit.
