SENIOR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGER

We are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Manager for Product Portfolio Management to strengthen our global team. You are very strong and experienced in product management, and in all its aspects, and you are now ready to take the next step where you take all your experience into a role where you develop true and professional global product range management to support a global growth strategy. This is a new position in the Business Line and the position reports to the Senior Vice President of Hiab Tail lifts. You will be a part of the leadership team in Tail Lifts.

Hiab Tail Lifts is the world?s leading provider of Tail Lifts with solutions that offer unbeatable total cost of ownership. The business is growing faster than the market and has a great potential to develop further and faster in an expanding world market with demanding customers all over the world. The Business Line works with full profit and loss responsibility. Production and product development are based in Sweden, the US and the UK. The products are sold under the brands ZEPRO, WALTCO and DEL.

This position will have overall responsibility for the product range in Hiab Tail Lifts. You will be responsible for the product road map and life cycle management and in your role you will translate customer needs into requirements for new products. Based on facts you will prioritize and drive implementation of true product planning for products across the Business Line.

Our expectations:

In order to be successful in this position we expect you to have strong previous experience of Product Management in an international environment with a strong customer focus. We also expect you to have previous business development experience and to be familiar with modularity and digitalization to support our customers? business. The right candidate has a degree in Engineering or Business.

You will be based in our Gothenburg office, Malmö office or in one of the Hiab offices in Northern Europe. Regular business trips for longer and shorter time periods are a part of this job.
