Our client is the world’s largest independent company for development of powertrain systems with internal combustion engines as well as instrumentation and test systems. They work within the following areas; development of powertrain systems and simulation and engine instrumentation and test systems. Our client offers challenges in a technology intensive environment. Arbetsuppgifter:

<h4>Assignments</h4><br />
In this role you will be responsible for multiple projects within the area of instrumentation and test systems for engines, driveline and chassis applications. Your primary task will be to lead international groups and be responsible for communication within these groups. You will also be involved in finding new projects, together with the sales organization. There will be an introduction and training period of approximately three months in the beginning of your employment, which will be held at the company’s headquarters in Austria.

Profil:

<h4>Prerequisites </h4><br />
- At least three years of documented experience of work with client-related projects
- Experience in technical and international projects
- Experience of leading projects regarding both software and hardware
- Experience in building internal networks and leading international groups
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge in MS Office and MS Project
- Driving license
- Experience from the automotive industry (an advantage )
- Education in Project Management (an advantage )
- SAP (an advantage))
- German (an advantage )

Personal characteristics
You have very good technical understanding, ability to motivate teams and you are passionate about communication. You are a great entrepreneur and have very good knowledge in sales and business.
