AAK is looking for a :
Senior Project Manager

About the position:
As a project manager in our IT department, you will lead and participate in projects related to AAK's mergers and acquisitions.

The duties include internal contacts with persons in their respective areas - from management to end users - as well as external contacts with consultants and other vendors. We work closely with our IT departments at other group companies in Europe, USA and Mexico. You should be prepared to travel more than 100 days per year. The position is located at AAK's head office in Malmö and reports directly to the Global IT Director.

Main tasks:

- IT Due Diligence studies of possible future acquisitions
- Interim IT manager's position at recently acquired companies
- Analyze and improve business processes, and discuss solutions with management and process owners
- Direct communication with end users - education, analysis and support


Who are you?
You must have in depth previous experience of IT projects related to Mergers & Acquisitions. You are self-motivated, driven, well organized and good at working in teams. You have good analytical skills, as well as communication and presentation skills.

You have a master's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent, and at least five years of work experience with ERP systems like SAP or similar. You have good experience of working with external service providers and software suppliers. Previous experience of the food industry and / or the process industry is also very positive. You speak and write English fluently .
