Senior Project Manager to Galderma Uppsala

As a Senior Project Manager at Galderma in Uppsala, your main focus will be to lead industrialization projects and together with the project team transfer new manufacturing processes and product technologies to the Production organization.

Responsibilities

As senior project manager you will lead a project team in different industrialization projects or programs to ensure success of the business. More specifically you will:

Build efficient teams in a collaborative spirit among representatives from Industrial Development, Operations, Development, Site Infrastructure and others.

Be accountable for project objectives, deliverables, timeline and budget
*

Be responsible for developing and communicating project strategies, vision and goals
*

Drive risk management activities and follow-up on mitigations and contingency plans
*

Ensure appropriate reporting with internal/external stakeholders and with the project team

Requirements

To be successful in this role you have at least eight years' experience from project management positions and documented training in project management. You have solid experience from process/industrial development work, as well as documented experience from medical device or pharmaceutical industries. You have significant experience of leading cross-functional projects, while experience from working in a global setting is strongly meriting. It is a merit if you have experience of working in a lean or agile environment.

You likely have an academic education within Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar and are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Documented training or knowledge in Industrial Economics & Management is meriting.
