Senior QA Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior QA Coordinator to join the QA organization at Fresenius Kabi's Production Unit in Halden. The position will be a part of the Supplier Management team and global audit team. The successful candidate will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Supplier Management program and therefore responsible for activities such as supplier qualification and approval, periodic supplier evaluation and supplier certification. The position requires interdisciplinary collaboration in particular with Supply Chain, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs and Project Management.

Main responsibility areas / Work tasks
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the supplier management program
- Development, optimization and maintenance of the Supplier Management program according to current requirements
- Ensure that new suppliers and new starting materials/services are qualified and approved
- Provide support to the Certification program
- Planning, conducting and reporting supplier audits

Formal education
- Master's degree in Chemistry/Biology, Production processes, Pharmacy or other relevant education
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will be considered
- Formal competence in supplier management is an advantage

Experience
- Experience from an international company, preferably pharmaceutical production or laboratory work
- Experience and knowledge in ISO/cGMP quality systems incl. auditing
- Experience in supplier management
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of common Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP etc.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Norwegian; the business language is English
- Minimum 5-10 years' work experience
