Senior Relationship Manager - Digital

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who will inspire change with an agile approach when we are scaling new solutions in our digital pipeline. What you'll do

You will be one of our most important leaders for IT and Digitalization on the AstraZeneca Site in Södertälje, being part of many of the key Digitalization teams on the site. You will identify

stakeholders/partners from all areas of the business and develop key strategic relationships with both end users, e.g. line operators, as well as top leaders. Further, you will identify ways for the IT to contribute to achieving and exceeding business objectives and drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage.

You operate with a high level of interactive communication, with a broad range of stakeholders on all levels, to set clear direction on the Digital Journey for others, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity. You pursue and explore new digital opportunities with AstraZeneca peers and external partners. You reach the right results through analysis on a variety of different system landscapes, interpreting what will be the right future solutions from the portfolio that is set globally within IT, cooperating and influencing with both different user groups as well as global IT to solution and implement in line with our standards. You also help develop the global solutions portfolio

In this role you will be part of setting standards for processes and how to gather demand/requirements for the Global IT functions that supports AstraZeneca's production in Södertälje. You will ensure that the methodology, quality and compliance standards contribute to internal processes and standards for business analysis and design. In addition, you will mentor Business Analysts to develop their skills and share best practices in relevant communities of practice. You will work closely with other senior leaders and report to the IT Site Lead.



Accountabilities:



* Build strong strategic relationships with large and complex global customer groups, developing deep understanding of business strategy, strategic direction, changes and needs, lead key engagement initiatives to understand demand
* Participate in the development our Smart Factories digital strategy, develop performance metrics and customer scorecards to define and supervise delivery of value
* Lead high-level investigations on digital opportunities, requirements specifications and feasibility studies, where you gather global input from decision forums like Architecture, and advise on practical alternatives in adherence with our global platform strategies and standards.
* Partnering with the business to develop Lean Digital solutions that will transform the way we operate today.
* Build business impact assessments and business readiness plans to resolve impacts of changes on business units and roles
* Act as Product Owner, develop high impact use cases and own the creation of a global strategic roadmap for key digital platforms

* Solid understanding of bio-pharma leading edge trends, relevance for adoption and implementation of digital innovative solutions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Able to lead negotiations, expectations and solutions across complex groups
* A consistent record of delivering results
