Job Summary
Are you our new Service Delivery Manager for Pricing, Planning & B2Bi? We now have a great opportunity within IT Market Operations, available since our current SDM will move on to new challenges.
Would you like to work in a demanding area connecting our customers and Tetra Pak’s core business as well as support Tetra Pak’s customer facing applications? As the Service Deliver Manager for Pricing, Planning & B2Bi you will lead an international team and work with a diverse set of internal customers within Market Operations, External Communications and Solution Lifecycle Management. Some of the key applications you will be responsible for are Tetra Pak’s B2B functionality, Customer Experience platform as well as online product catalogue (and several more!)
This position will be located in Lund
What you will do
The SDM is responsible for ensuring that the service delivers according to service definition and Service Level Agreements within an approved budget
Act as prime contact for all service-related topics and proactively manage stakeholders
Deliver service according to the Service definition
Develop and implement a long-term plan including Continual Service Improvement for the service
Lead service leads and their teams, including appointing subject matter experts
Manage relationships with our internal customers and suppliers
Proactively work to identify and promote productivity improvement
Plan and follow up on budget

We believe you have
We believe you are self-going and with a strong drive for results and with good business knowledge. You combine good facilitation and communication skills with excellent negotiation skills.
You have a university degree, at least bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar and strong IT Service Management knowledge as well as strong IT Process knowledge. Furthermore, you have budgeting and cost follow up skills and experience in requirement Management. C
To be successful in the role you will need a excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
