We are looking for a Senior Service Owner who will be responsible for steering the daily operations for our Client. Your role will include several tasks within the running service and the scope of the consultant services is to assist the Client in Service Management.

Arbetsuppgifter
In your role as Senior Service Owner, you will be responsible for planning, follow-up and communication of line activity as well as delivery plans for the running service within the Service Area. It will also include responsibility in the life cycle management of software and the license compliance for software included in the running service. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good stakeholder and vendor relations. You will also be responsible for deliveries according to the OLAs and to measure its success and fulfillment as well as take action based on the results from it.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for Investment Procurement Requests and the IT Delivery budget for the running service. You will secure Availability and Capacity Management as well as Service Continuity Management for the running service.




Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you have experience of working in a sourced Service Management as Service Owner. Competences that we value are BMC Remedy, CA Clarity, IBM Rational Tools (ClearCase and ClearQuest) as well as Development Tools like MS Devtools, Oracle Devtools, TOAD and Visual Studio. The role as Senior Service Owner requires senior competence in its field, as well as senior competence in IT4IT knowledge.
