Senior Solution Strategist

As a Senior Solution Strategist, you will be responsible for developing the strategic roadmap and vision for the Nordics by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating solution workflow and user needs, and creating integrated go-to-market strategies. You’ll work to craft, communicate and justify complex, highly innovative solution roadmaps across the corporate portfolio. The Senior Solution Strategist will manage analysis of solution needs and define scope requirements to ensure it meets market needs, including best practice workflows, scope of capabilities and visual design. Time management and planning skills are needed to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments. Communication skills will be crucial to work with internal and external stakeholders on current and emerging solution features and functions. Additionally, you’ll work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages, and you’ll serve as a cross-functional expert regarding current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunities.


Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, or related field, or relevant equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 5 years of experience working with Cerner Millennium


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management




Expectations:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Ability to travel 15 %
Excellent communication skills verbally and written
Must be willing to relocate to Stockholm
