As a consultant with us

• Perform user research analysis on user behavior and feedback to our clients.
• Implement design activities and artefacts for product and service to create desirable experiences for the user.

Your background
• You have a degree in the UI/UX field or equivalent education.
• You have experience of working with new developments in a product landscape with high demands on stability.
• You have experience working with global stakeholders, both in business and the IT industry to build trust-based relationships and open communication.
• You are motivated by working together in teams and believe that a permissive climate with a feedback culture develops both you and your colleagues for the better.
• You have experience in creating agile development methods to facilitate collaboration between teams and management.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
