The service department is responsible for service and maintenance of our wind turbines in Sweden. We have an open culture where cooperation and good communication skills are prerequisites for doing a good job. Responsibilities

The aim of the department is to support the business and its growth by ensuring the accuracy of Receivables and Payables, Finance related administrative routine, Revenue & Cost control, Service contract Master data management, Technicians and Facility related administration, Budget, Projections, Business analyses and constantly be in look for business opportunities and translate these in to an estimated profit or Loss. You will have a team of approximately eight highly competent and motivated co-workers.

Your responsibilities include:

- Lead, Develop and retain co-workers within own department and in the Service organisation.
- Ensuring accuracy in receivables and payables and uphold administrative routines
- Prepare and analyze different budget, cost, revenue and efficiency reports and suggest actions accordingly.
- Review the service contracts on a regular basis and suggest updates to the cost plans
- Drive and Coordinate the budget process as well as the follow up.
- Create an maintain the relationships with both internal & external suppliers especially with suppliers where we have local (country specific) agreements
- Actively contribute to develop the Department, the service organisation, finance related processes and the way we are working

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role working for a global company
- Strong English and Swedish language both written and orally
- Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office especially XL
- Ability to quickly understand our business and what creates value for the customer and for Vestas
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers as internal Vestas departments at different levels
- Ability to understand and use complex IT tools and systems
- Good legal understanding
- Ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues
- SAP literate
- Driving license since some traveling will be necessary.

Additional information

Primary work location is Malmö. A certain amount of travel must be expected (approximately 20 days per year).
