Service Advisor

We are now looking for new members to our Customer operations team. As a Service Advisor you are one of our heroes with the important responsible for delivering a customer experience beyond expectations. As one our “heroes” you will work with first contact resolution and proactive sales and report directly to one of the managers at Customer Operations. We work within digital financial services both business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer.

Apart from answering questions and helping our customers in the best possible way, it is important that you like to inform and work with proactive sales to the customers that contacts us.
We are looking for newly graduates from the university within the areas finance, legal, IT, or similar education.

We place great emphasis in personal characteristics and attitudes in our recruitments – a passion for service as well as building constructive relationship with our customer is a necessity, and so is an open, ambitious and humble attitude towards your fellow colleges. Former experience within sales or service will be meritorious. A willingness to learn and develop is crucial in order for you to grow within the company.

Our corporate language is English. Therefor you will need to be comfortable to both write and speak English in your work.
