The Service Business Manager (SBM) profile is a customer facing role responsible for growing the deploy services sales in selected account.


ASSIGNMENT
Engage in dialog with the customer to discover their pain points and proactively proposing Service Solutions, based on Nokia's service portfolio
Responsible for the timely delivery of a high-quality Services Solution to be offered for Customer.
Manage and coordinate the Service Solution offer creation across involved Services Business Lines and support coordination during negotiation phase and handover to delivery.
Ensure the understanding of this value proposition by Operational Marketing and Sales teams
Involve and engage portfolio expertise and other SU SME expertise for sales cases as per need
Collaborate with the Account team to define the most suitable Services Solution and negotiation strategy
Coordinate among Global Services Business Lines to create the combined best in class Services Solution offer
Lead the Services Solution bidding activities, providing services scope, pricing and profitability analysis
Provide the service offer deliverables with clear description of working assumptions: SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, Services BoQ
Support handover to delivery organization

Required competencies and experience
Minimum 3-5 years in similar role.

Bachelor's Degree
