Service delivery manager D365

Wipro is hirering an experienced Service Delivery Manager for our customer. In this position you will work close to the client with delivery of Dynamics 365 services.


You will work together with the delivery team in India, manage day to day interactions with the clients stakeholders, as well as your colleagues in Wipro Nordics and the Customer Delivery Head for this client. Key responsibility is to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end services offered for the customer.

The project scope will deliver Business Microsoft Dynamics 365 as managed services, provided by a delivery team offshore consisting of 15 technology experts.


The right candidate has delivered IT-services for several years and has a certification in ITIL. You have worked as a Project Manager, and have knowledge of modern technology as well as ERP systems. You have work proficiency in Swedish and English.
