Service Delivery Manager Imaging System South

As a Service Delivery Manager you will report to the Operations Manager and work at our Nordic head Quarter in Stockholm, Kista. You will be responsible for all operational service delivery related issues for Imaging systems North, in Sweden.

One part is taking charge of customer satisfaction and delivery in all parts of the service delivery process. The other central part of the role is leading our Field Services Engineers (FSE), ensuring high level of team work and engagement levels. Our Field Service Engineers primarily work with our Swedish Hospitals. The operations include ongoing maintenance, spare parts management, technical support, aftermarket sales activities and installations.

We would like to see that you have several years of managing experience and great people skills. We believe that to best succeed in this position you need to spend a lot of time with both Philips engineers and hospital engineers, meaning you will need to be able to travel within Sweden.

We are looking for a person who can both work operationally today while focusing on developing the service organization to improve customer experience going forward. You will work in Stockholm in a team with two other Service Delivery Managers and we are looking forward to another team member who can complete the group with a positive attitude.
