How about the job:

The purpose of the job is to provide hiqh-quality customer service for all our customers during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. The work will be performed from your home.

Teleopti Service Desk provides support to customers worldwide.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Registration of incoming customer support requests
- Monitoring of mail in pending customer cases
- Answer incoming calls to Teleopti Service Desk
- Basic user support
- Administration of leads, licenses and accounts

How about you:
- You have a customer and service oriented mind set.
- You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, in both Swedish and English.
- Knowledge in other languages is considered advantageous.
- You have flexibility to adapt to different situations and different cultures.
- You have excellent IT skills and good technical understanding
