Our Enterprise Service Desk called One Service Desk (OSD) is a skilled multilingual 24/7 End User/Admin Support Capability, with focus on delivering the best customer experience. We have the people, tools, processes and technology to keep up with the increasing complexity and end-user requirements.

We are now looking for several extremely passionate and service minded multilingual Service Desk Agents. Your personal and social skills are actually more important than having an extensive background in IT technology.


Job Description

You will provide first class service and support to end users using Google App for Business, Office 365 and other cloud services
It's all about providing the best end user experience, you need to run that extra mile for the end user.
You will resolve Incidents and Service Requests reported by end users around the world.
Create video tutorials, step to step guides and translate the tutorials to your language.
Make sure that Service Level targets are met and customers are satisfied
Onsite IT support consultant
Configure and install computers, monitors, networking equipment & peripherals


Overall Skills/Competencies:

Born to deliver first class service
Extremly - Service Minded and ability to be patient and empathetic
Love to help the customer
Familiar with Google Apps, Gmail, Talk, Calendar, Google+ and Docs/Drive
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Office 365
Ability to work in a high pace environment with tight timescales
Good proficiency in English, both written and verbally

Preferable skills
- Google API
- Familiar with the ITIL framework and Incident and problem management skills
- Rest API
- Apps Engine
- Java programming skills
- Active Directory Skills

Language skills we are looking for

French, German , Italian, Mandarin, Arabic , Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese
