Sandvik IT is the Sandvik Group's internal company with responsibility for infrastructure, application development and systems management in the IT area. We are now looking for three Service Desk Analysts, who speaks English and Swedish, to join the well-functioning team of our Nordic IT Service Desk in Sandviken.

Job Summary
As a Service Desk Analyst you investigate and diagnose problems by phone, remote support and email. You log all calls and emails in the incident handling system and support our users with necessary training and advice in handling computer equipment and internal systems. Furthermore, you resolve incidents and fulfill requests, always maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries, while adhering to service level agreements.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably within IT, and experience of working within a service organization. You are accustomed to working with computer programs used in service organizations, and especially in Lotus Notes, Office 365 and Windows 7. You have exceptional skills in English and Swedish in both writing and speaking as you use these languages when communicating with users and logging cases, while skills in Finnish is a plus.
