Safegate is currently seeking a Service Engineer for their office in Malmö.

Job description:
As Service Engineer you will participate in Safegate’s commercial projects regionally and to some extent also globally. Your task will be (1) to test and commission Safegate’s advanced airport solutions and systems, (2) to train our clients on how to use the systems and (3) to handle support related matters in the region. The post will require travelling some 150 days per year.

Education/Experience:
Your main task will be commissioning and understanding of advanced airport solutions. We believe you have a technical high school degree and a couple of years experience as an electrical technician. You can also be newly graduated with a university/master degree in engineering or computer science, preferably with focus on data communication or electrical engineering. If you also have experience in the area it’s meritorious.

Driven, structured and self dependant are qualities that characterize you. You enjoy meeting people and have the ability to learn new things and adapt new environments. You are independent, energetic, used to taking initiative, good at communicating and working in different cultural environments.
As a person you need to be proactive, open minded and accountable. You have a natural drive and enjoy working with other people. You are positive and open to new challenges.

It is a requirement that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently and it is also advantage if you speak any additional language.
