JOB PROFILE:[ SERVICE ENGINEER [ROLE RESPONSIBILITY [The candidate will be directly and / or through collaborators, responsible for the technical assistance & maintenance management to provided to the customers of the System subsidiary based in Scandinavia. [The Service Engineer will achieve the given objectives related to: -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Technical assistance & maintenance management -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Plant performance reporting. -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Education & training of technicians and customer care employees. REQUIREMENTS Qualification Degree in Electronics/Informatics Engineering (3-5 years) or similar with at least 2-3 years of experience in programming (PC), preferably gained in a modern and structured environment of industrial automation companies. [Knowledge / Technical Skills Must have: -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Knowledge of PLC systems, fieldbus and automation components typical of Robotics -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Knowledge of communication protocols between different devices (preferably Ethernet-TCP-IP) -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good Knowledge of Windows (preferably XP and Vista). -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good knowledge and skills of Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) Good to have: -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good Knowledge of the C++[ programming language - Visual Studio environment -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good knowledge and ability to use relational databases (preferably SQL 2005 or SQL Server) Soft skills required: -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good ability to work in teams -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good communication skills to establish strong relationship -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Basics of project management -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Precision / accuracy -[[[[[[[[[[[[ Good knowledge of English [ Willingness to travel required (world wide): 6 months / year but most travelling will take care within the Nordic countries
