SERVICE ENGINEER

Vi ingår i Norconsultkoncernen som är Norges största rådgivande ingenjörsverksamhet. Technogarden är idag 260 anställda och vi växer kraftigt. ROLE RESPONSIBILITY The candidate will be directly and / or through collaborators, responsible for the of technical assistance & maintenance management to provided to the customers of the System subsidiary based in Scandinavia. The Service Engineer will achieve the given objectives related to: - Technical assistance & maintenance management - Plant performance reporting. - Education & training of technicians and customer care employees. REQUIREMENTS Qualification Degree in Computer science/ Informatics Engineering (3-5 years) or similar with at least 2-3 years of experience in programming (PC), preferably gained in a modern and structured environment of industrial automation companies. Knowledge / Technical Skills Must have: - Good Knowledge of Windows (preferably XP and Vista). - Good Knowledge and complete mastery of the C # programming language - Visual Studio environment - Good knowledge and ability to use relational databases (preferably SQL 2005 or SQL Server) Good to have: - Knowledge and ability to use "multitasking" operating systems - Knowledge of communication protocols between different devices (preferably Ethernet-TCP-IP) - Good knowledge and skills of Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) - Knowledge of PLC systems, fieldbus and automation components typical of Robotics - Knowledge of SAP is a merit but not a must. Soft skills required: - Good management skills - Good ability to work in teams - Good communication skills ato establish strong relationship - Precision / accuracy - Good knowledge of English willingness to travel required: 6-8 months / year
