Service Item Data Specialist

Are you the enthusiastic, self-driven and result-oriented professional who wants to move our customer’s performance forward?
We are looking for Item Specialists with knowledge on item data management and analytical mindset to join the Services (SER) Global Item Management-team. You will have a key role in the quote-to-delivery process by ensuring item data consistency and quality.
We currently have two available positions: one permanent employment and one parental leave substitute until February/March 2023. You will be located in Stockholm, Karlstad, Sundsvall or Gothenburg.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Daily item data creation, maintenance, lifecycle control in PDM and Infor LN for according to SER item data management processes, data quality requirements and data responsibilities.
Collaboration with network of SER professionals maintaining item data in their area of responsibility (like e.g. buyers, production planners, technology support, product management, engineering, supply planners and sales). You will collaborate with different stakeholders to facilitate efficient end-to-end process cycle times.
Supporting future global SER Infor LN roll-outs with item data migration tasks.
SER item data quality control monitoring and corrective actions.
Contributing to the development of new item data related concepts.

In this role you will be reporting to Senior Manager, SER Item Management and in matrix to local manager.
To succeed this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or business administration or other relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Good language skills in English and Swedish.
Team player with good communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in item master data or other master data domain management activities.
Experience utilizing data mass processing tools.
Experience to utilize technical documentations like technical drawings and -specifications.
Structured and attentive to details, always keeping quality of your work as a priority.
Ability to achieve results under pressure; analytical, development minded and self-motivated.
Experience of item data quality analytics and tools is considered an advantage.
Previous process and systems experience of PDM, Infor LN and Stream is considered an advantage.
Technology knowledge of Valmet products in one or several areas is considered an advantage.
