Radisson Blu Strand Hotel is now looking for a Service Manager!

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Service Manager who actively seeks to build effective relationships and co-operation with our guests and partners. You are a clear communicator, radiates positive Yes I Can energy and stamina to be motivated by a challenge and remain calm and professional when under pressure. You proactively look for opportunities to make improvements and take appropriate action. As a Service Manager you are a good listener and have a great overview of the whole during your shifts. You are ready to step in when a team member may need support, where you have the ability as a Service Manager to lead and coach your team members and promote their development. Very good knowledge in Swedish and English is a requirement, other languages ??are meritorious. As a Service Manager, you will report to Assistant Rooms Division Manager.

 

Main tasks:
• Be responsible for the Front Office during your shift
• Ensure that a high and consistent service level is maintained where you coach the team members to comply with Radisson Blu's standards and policies and motivate them to always deliver high-quality service
• Coordinate and follow up the chain's loyalty programs and campaigns. You motivate and drive your employees to reach the department's set goals, plan and implement activities to deliver results
• Checks advance payments, manage commissions and other credit procedures
• Assisting Assistant Rooms Division Manager in team member and recruiting matters, scheduling, and be ready to assume projects or other responsibilities within the department
• In this role Manager on duty service is included, where you spend some weekends responsible for the hotel when no one from the Head of Department is there
• Introduction of new team members. You set the bar high and review our routines and practices to ensure that team members are safe in their roles and take the initiative to drive the department forward.
