Service Manager Accounts Payable Country Finance

In order to create a more flexible Finance organization with a focus on support for business operations, Sandvik is implementing a new way of working - one in which global processes are one of the cornerstones. To support this, a new function, Country Finance Sweden, is being established. It will, in part, be the country's central function for finance services and, in part, act as business partner for Sandvik's businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for a Service Manager, who will get the opportunity to develop the AP team in a global environment.

Key performance areas
In your role you will lead the work in order to ensure efficient delivery from the specialists in your team. You will also act as expert in AP for Sandvik in Sweden together with your team members, taking responsibility to:

- Ensure compliance with statutory rules and regulations
- Develop the ways of working in the AP area
- Implement and support the development of AP policies and authorization matrix/limits
- Provide the external Shared Service Center with information
- Support Sandvik Business and Country Finance in the AP process
- Coordinate tasks in the AP area in cooperation with the external Shared Service Center
- Cooperate with Country Finance colleagues in other countries

Your profile
You have a degree in Finance, or equivalent knowledge, and at least six years experience of working in an AP process. You are an experienced leader and can communicate effectively in English and Swedish with internal and external parties. You are perceptive and can create a trusting environment for collaboration, as well as motivate your team members to create team spirit in order to reach the organization's goals.

Preferably, you have worked in one of the Finance systems SAP, Movex or Aurora and possess knowledge about EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and other work related legislation. Experience from process development in the AP area is advantageous.

This role requires an ability to travel in Sweden and to other countries.
