We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager-Output Management who likes to grow and contribute to Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture

Lantmännen needs to strengthen the team that deliver Output Management solutions. The role as Service Manager is partly a replacement, as the current Service Manager will shift to the role of IT Specialist within the same domain. Both roles are critical to succeed with the mission to support our business with cost efficient, stable and standardized services for management of document layout and output.

About Output Management and the role

As Service Manager for Output Management you are a part of the Lantmännen IT organisation with responsibility for operations, maintenance and continuous development of the Output Management services. This sets high demands on good collaboration between business and IT.

Output Management at Lantmännen is an IT service that transforms data from source systems (such as M3) to business documents with desired layout and process them to various output media (such as print, pdf etc).

The service is critical for most of Lantmännen’s business units to ensure both cash flow (i.e. invoices) and delivery of goods (i.e. freight documents). In particular during peak seasons, such as the harvest period, Output Management must support Lantmännen’s operations on a 24/7 basis.

On top of many system implementation projects, there are additional challenges to be addressed in this area, with initiatives such as consolidation of the technical environment, stabilization of the service and standardization of business documents as well as the Output Management service itself.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a person with an academic degree in a relevant area and with 5-7 years of work experience within IT development and maintenance. We expect that you are well familiar with ITSM.

You have a good understanding of business processes and a good know-how about Output Management or equivalent.

As we are an international organization we expect that you have experience from large and complex international organizations as well as good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

To fit the role, you are a natural and structured leader that can manage key stakeholders of Output Management, both in regards to the strategic direction and continuous development of the Output Management concept as well as the ongoing maintenance and operations of the service. You combine an interest in the business context with technical know-how and curiosity to learn and you have strong communication skills to get your message through.

The position is located at Lantmännen’s offices in Stockholm or Malmö.
