That is why we now establish IKEA Business Solutions, responsible for business solutions management across IKEA, developing new business solutions and keeping existing solutions relevant and running. We bring IT and business competencies closer together through common ways of working. This way we empower our co-workers, customers and suppliers with the right solutions to optimise the customer experience and contribute to a growing IKEA.

ASSIGNMENT
We need to strengthen the area with one Service Operations Manager.

Capacity Need
In order to handle the expectations and need it is essential to have a long-term planning and clear capacity need. It is your responsibility to secure the right level and understanding to create the commitment necessary. You will secure the capacity plan by having a detailed understanding and close dialogue to all involved parties. This is your way of contributing to project success.

As Service Operations Manager you are responsible for these aspects of IT delivery for your assigned area within the Business Solution Area of Range & Supply ? Inter IKEA.

You will be working closely together with stakeholders to secure IT service deliveries to IKEA.
You contribute in governance forums, steering groups and other forums connected to the solution area.

You have good knowledge of total IKEA business model and solid knowledge of Information Technology and service operations. You are experienced in cost management and change management. At last, but not least, you are passionate about IKEA; our vision, business idea and values.

You will be reporting to the Service Operations Area Manager for Range & Supply.
