SERVICE OPERATIONS PROCEDURE AND STANDARD DATABASE SPECIALIST





Position objective
-Actively support MRS Service Operations :
-To build the global component master database
-To build the relevant standard operating procedures to support the reman centers
-To develop MRS Maintenance Philosophy.

Specific tasks and responsibilities
-Publish in MRS IMS Operations, the relevant service documents of component, machine and standard operating procedure for component and machine rebuilds.
-Be an active player to develop, integrate and promote MRS?s maintenance philosophy within our service operations worldwide also by identifying and sharing best practice.
-Participate in standardization and benchmarking of service operations, and alignment with MRS global service strategy.
-Ensure effective standard operating procedures and systems are identified and support the business process team.
-Ensure internal repair procedures are/or addressed/to be addressed in our new machine documentation/publication solution.
-Validate the main internal repair procedures are (or to be) addressed in our new machine documentation/publication solution.
-Safeguard that everyone in the organization respects and lives up to the key-values of AC
-Promote and create the MRS identity within our organization
-To have clear and effective communication among MRS service operation.

Formal knowledge and experience needed
-The candidate should have a university degree, preferably in business or engineering or have acquired similar competence through work experience. Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential.
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Management
-Experience in maintenance data base and procedures
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-The ideal candidate will be well organized and will be able to operate independently.
-As a team player will share the information with his colleagues in a natural way.
-Very enthusiastic and driven individual, strong personality with high motivation and energy levels.
-Have passed the MRS Service Operations training is a plus.
