Service Owner - Business Intelligence
IKEA IT, Helsingborg

As Service Owner within Business Intelligence, you are responsible for delivering services across IKEA globally. You are responsible for the "run" of a group of services, establishing SLA's and OLA's, driving an on-and offshore team, delivering "Best-In-Class"service delivery.

ASSIGNMENT
You will be responsible for the planning, follow-up and "run" of Service Delivery within Business Intelligence, ensuring compliance to the IKEA IT Delivery processes, routines and methods. In this role, it is imperative that you know how to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder and vendor relations.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for Life Cycle Management of the services including synchronization of support and infrastructure, with the goal to sustain and enhance the Service Delivery. You are accustomed to budgeting and service cost follow-up. You will also secure Availability, Capacity Management and Service Continuity Management as well as managing Change Requests and supervise Incidents and Problems for the running services.

KNOWLEDGE
-Excellent skills in Service Delivery and Service Management
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
-Excellent skills in Service Life Cycle Management
-Experienced in writing and maintaining SLA/OLA
-Experienced in front-end tools such as Cognos, QlikView or alternative BI environment (additional skills in data warehousing, including ETL tools an asset)
-Experience in maintaining good vendor relations including negotiations and contract management
-Experience from sourcing, both onshore and offshore
-Experience from budgeting and service cost follow-up
-Exposure to ITIL and CMM
-English skills, both verbal and written

CAPABILITY/MOTIVATION
You have an analytical and tactical/operational mindset. You lead by example and have a "hands-on" approach to achieving good results. We think you may have a background from international environments, possibly as a project manager or similar with budget and people management. We also believe you may have worked in a sourced environment. You have good communication skills and you drive the Service Delivery towards set KPI's. You are expected to contribute to the team of Service Owners, enhancing the processes and taking ownership of both personal and group tasks.
