Service Responsible

DESCRIPTION:

The assignor group at Scania IT Solutions department manages and optimizes the Service Product Portfolio of Scania IT Commercial Solutions for bought and hired solutions aiming to cut Lifecycle Cost through
Product Planning Management; Effective intake function SPOC for new needs based on new applications and/or rationalizations within Scania IT community. We manage and coordinate the future home of application maintenance.
Service Management: We drive, bundle and coordinate Service Portfolio and its services towards Scania IT strategies, and control the Service Portfolio cost management - by application and on aggregated level.
License Management: We ensure that software and its licenses are used in a legal, planned and efficient way and work to optimize the license usage from the first need to the final phase-out.
Contract Management; This support function secures quality in new/renewed/phase out vendor contracts, incl. delivery follow up. Drives ComSol sourcing modelling by e.g. Managed Services to catch new business opportunities.

As a Service Responsible you will work in the Service Management area and be responsible to managing costs (calculations and follow up) for assigned applications. You will work with continuous improvements of own portfolio as well as the group overall improvements. The group was founded in April 2014, so we expect you to actively participate in improvement and methodology work regarding e.g. developing our service portfolio.

COMPETENCE PROFIL:

? We expect the consultant to have the following profile:
? Preferably an IT accountant with minimum 5 years experience of calculation and follow-up of IT services
? Broad understanding and experience of IT landscape and agreements (internal/external)
? Packaging of applications/IT products into services desirable
? ITIL certified or proven ITIL knowledge desirable

? Experience of working project oriented within fixed budgets and timeframes.
