We are currently looking for a Site Manager for our customer RoviSys in Luleå. In this role as a Site Manager you are involved and responsible for designing and implementing a new automation project at RoviSys. Site Manager is an entry to mid-level position responsible for representing RoviSys at construction sites in association with building management and control projects.  Responsibilities consist of schedule coordination, site supervision of trades, technical troubleshooting, and quality inspections. A Site Manager will be embedded at a construction site with the general contractor and collaborate with an in-house RoviSys engineering team of ~30 people.  100% of a Site Manager’s work will be performed at the customer site.

Ansvarsområden
Site Manager with overseeing field operations associated with building automation projects. During the construction phase of a project, the Site Managers an RoviSys representative to the general contractor as well as other trades. Additionally, the Site Manager will coordinate RoviSys commissioning actives with all trades.

The following are typical tasks that may be required from a Site Manager.

Team Leadership:
Provide technical assistance to RoviSys commissioning team
Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and trades
ssist with prioritizing and assigning installation tasks to the trades
Participate in commissioning meetings
Develop customer and trade relationships

Instrumentation and Electrical Design:
Research instrumentation (TTs, PTs, FTs, actuators, etc.)
Inspect instrument and electrical panel installation to verify completion
Identify installation discrepancies

Commissioning Methodology:
Understanding of customer demonstrations and acceptance testing
Understanding of point-to-point loop checks, functional tests, and status of the
site Cx plan for all systems
Participate in field related design modification meetings

Project Management:
Assist with developing procurement log and installation tracking sheets
Receive, verify, and handoff equipment shipped to the site
Support MEP subcontractors
Understanding of project scope
Understands RoviSys field quality control procedures
Generates meaningful daily site logs to convey site conditions and progress
Commissioning schedule coordination

Kvalifikationer
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
Fluent in English, speech and writing
Drivers licence - category B
Previous experience in electrical engineering

Merit, but not a requirement:
Experience of Schneider's platform and BMS and EPMS systems.
