Site Process Management Coordinator - Electrical and Electronics Engineering, site Gothenburg

Position description
The Electrical and Electronics Engineering department in Gothenburg is looking for a Local Process Manager. You will lead and coordinate process related activities within the department.

The Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEEG) creates electronic platforms capable of satisfying both high feature demands from our brand customers as well as utilizing our scale effects to reach high component volumes. We strive for highest possible quality and reliability both for hardware and software systems. Our engineering skills and processes are continuously developed to maintain world class level in the trucking industry.

The main responsibilities are:
- Participate and coordinate with the Global Process Network with participants from Lyon, Bangalore, Greensboro and Ageo

- Deployment of global goals and strategies for local process activities

- Participating in process reviews and audits to assure process quality

- Planning and supporting in the carrying out of local orientation and training in processes

- Coaching people who are active in, or key to, local process improvement

- Regularly communicating with process stakeholders to identify new process requirements

- Ensuring good process related interaction between EEEG and other organizations that depend on or are affected by EEEG processes

- Act as EEEGs representative in the Volvo 3P Quality/Environmental network (ISO 9001/14001)

The following qualifications are required:

- University degree in electrical engineering or similar and/or advanced "on the job" training

- Documented experience from driving change and implementing process improvements

- Proficient in ISO 9001, ISO 14001

- CMMI/Spice or ISO 26262

- Well structured

- Service oriented and a high degree of flexibility

- Personal integrity

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (English)
