Site Security Manager

Site Security is one of the cornerstones for Security within Saab. Within Group Security the function supports the business by establishing the Site Security baseline.

As Site Security manager the main responsibility is to establish, implement and perform audits to ensure that the company complies with internal and external regulations within the area of Site Security, and provide expert support to operations and its management.

You will report to Head of Physical Security in close collaboration with Head of Site Security manager and other Site Security managers within the company.



The main tasks are:

* Provide support within the Site Security area.
* Cooperate closely with the security function at large as well as other relevant functions such as Group Property and our business operations
* You will represent Group Security in a number of operative forums at Saab
* We are a global company, we work in an international context, which will require national and international travelling



Your profile

To take on the challenge as Site Security manager at Group Security you have excellent interpersonal skills person and has an easy way of making contacts and to cooperate inside and outside the company. You take pride in your interest for the area of Site Security and you keep yourself informed about changes in legislation or requirements within your area of responsibility.

In your previous employments you have probably work with Site Security management systems and internal requirements as well as planned and performed audit. You have performed trainings within the area of Site Security and you have knowledge of modern Site Security processes.

You know best practice for Site Security as well as basic knowledge of Property and Facility management and you are well acquainted with today's and the future needs for Site Security. You have good knowledge of the threats posed to a company like Saab.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
