Main tasks and responsibilities
You will be joining a multinational organization that is committed to your personal and professional development.

As a Black Belt in training you play a major role in Lean Six Sigma (L6S) deployment and leading improvement projects. It is a fulltime position in which you are responsible for leading a L6S project, delivering the value determined and managing your project team. Besides leading projects, you are also to coach, train and mentor Brown Belts.

Qualifications
. We are looking for candidates who at least have a Master level qualification with +/- 6 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
. Demonstrated high performance levels in current and previous roles.
. You are analytical, innovative, open minded and results oriented.
. Excellent understanding of English (both written and spoken).
. Ability to travel: The job requires travelling approximately 75% of the working time since the projects will be conducted in our global business.

It is an advantage if you meet one or more of the next criteria:
- Have a manufacturing or commercial background.
- Gained some experience with project management.
- Already encountered and worked with L6S.
